Christina has been around vineyards since the age of 5. She convinced her parents to convert the estate to organic in 2013 and hasn't looked back. The organically farmed grapes are given 24 days on the skins during their spontaneous fermentation. The wine isn't overly tannic, exhibited a clean and restrained style of skin contact white wine. Wonderful citrus peel and stone fruit notes, full-bodied while bright that goes exceptionally well with dinner.
